Chris Paine is the writer/director of the acclaimed documentary Who Killed the Electric Car (2006) and most recently the winner of best feature documentary at the 2011 EMAAwards for his follow on film, Revenge of the Electric Car. Committed to the future of transportation, Chris produced Mark Neale's "Charge!", with Ewan McGregor about electric motorcycle racing (2011), co-founded the oil spill educatoin site counterspill.org, and serves on the board of advisors for Conscious Commuter, the e-bike company. Chris grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, went to school in Calfornia and New York, ,and has lived in Los Angeles since 1990.
