Fabian Alsultany – Co-Founder

Dubbed by Billboard Magazine as the "World Music Impresario," Fabian Alsultany is a live event producer and music industry executive with over two decades of experience creating cutting edge concerts and tours. In 2010, he was hired by Katharine King to co-produce the Twilight Dance Concert Series on the Santa Monica Pier. He also produces the night programming at the annual TED Conference in Long Beach, CA. Alsultany's considerable reach extends throughout the music business to artists, managers and agents. He previously developed and launched the Events Division for Putumayo World Music, was Director of A&R and Festivals at Palm Pictures for music industry legend, Chris Blackwell, and founded Uprise Management where he represented some of world music's biggest stars. He founded GlobeSonic in 2000 and has been DJing parties internationally ever since. He has produced and guided the creation of dozens of albums, compilations, and concerts. Fabian brings to bare a lifelong passion for inspiring people through live music experiences.

Tommy Rosen – Co-Founder

Tommy Rosen is a business development and marketing expert who has spent the last two decades immersed in yoga and the live music experience. Rosen brings a high-level of access to yoga business leaders, world-renowned teachers and media professionals. As a respected expert and certified yoga teacher, he teaches and speaks regularly at yoga conferences and festivals including Wanderlust, Hanuman, and Bhaktifest, and runs retreats internationally with his wife, noted yoga instructor, Kia Miller. Rosen’s blogs have appeared in The Huffington Post, The Daily Love, Yoga Earth and Yoga Mint. He has also published articles in LA Yoga and Yogi Times. Previously, Rosen founded The Eco Gift Festival in Santa Monica, the first large-scale holiday gift show for eco-conscious consumers.  In 2008, Eco Gift’s keynote address was delivered by Arianna Huffington, attendance hit 10,000 and the event garnered press coverage for being one of the most environmentally conscious events of the year.

Derek Beres – Creative Director

Derek Beres has devoted his life to exposing people to international music, yoga and mythology as a means of creating better individuals and a more understanding global culture. Derek spends his days and nights employed as a multi-faceted journalist, DJ and yoga instructor. He has published five books, and has contributed to dozens of magazines and websites regarding the traditional and digital realms of global music, yoga and health, including Women’s Health, Yoga Journal, National Geographic, Rolling Stone Middle East, Departures, AOL, MTV, Huffington Post, the Village Voice and Relix. He is one half of global music producers EarthRise SoundSystem, as well as the creator of EarthRise Yoga, which he has taught at Equinox Fitness since 2004. Derek’s yoga classes and music have been featured by NBC Weekend Today, ABC Eyewitness News, Fox Business, BBC, and NY1, as well as in print and online by Fitness, Yoga Journal, Boston Globe, AOL’s Spinner, Newsday, MTV, NPR, and PRI.

LAURA GATEWOOD - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Laura Gatewood is a respected event planner and manager. Based in Los Angeles, she has helped to organize and manage the city's premier Green events space, Marrakesh House, for three years. She has previously worked as the head event planner for the release of the breakthrough documentary, 'Who Killed the Electric Car?,' as well as assisting at the Women of the Green Generation Conference and for Nextaid. Knowledgeable and passionate in the art world, Laura has worked for Sotheby's in New York City and the prestigious Gagosian Gallery in Beverly Hills. As a writer, she has put finger to keyboard for Flavorpill and Examiner.com. Laura has also donated much of her time to charitable work, for organizations such as Inner-City Arts, Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, Venice Arts and Madventurer and Traveller's Worldwide.

MERIDITH MAYS - PROJECT MANAGER
Meridith Mays has been a coordinator, organizer, community builder for leading voices in the health and wellness industry for over ten years. In 2011, she completed her teacher training at YogaWorks in Santa Monica, where she continues to attend classes and workshops. Meridith believes that yoga helps us cultivate a better relationship to both ourselves and others, and she is proud to be involved with a movement sharing health, conscious living, and community around the world. At Tadasana she is in charge of multiple duties, including teacher relations, community outreach, sponsor coordination and managing and implementing numerous initiatives in the worlds of fashion, music, yoga and health. 
 
Susan von Seggern - Publicity Director

Susan von Seggern is one of the most well known and well liked publicists in Los Angeles. In LA for 19 years, her work as a record label publicist, CEO of a boutique PR agency, time spent in political PR, her globe-trotting exploits in corporate PR and her recent return to consulting for corporate, cause and cultural clients have exposed countless journalists and tastemakers to Susan’s honest, positive and tenacious PR style. Honing her PR strategies during over 20 years in PR, Susan knows that she can take her interesting, news worthy and active clients to new highs of media coverage, creating strategies that employ the latest PR tactics such as social media and hyper-local coverage with tried and true methods including events, press releasing and sustained media outreach.


Reena De Asis - Volunteer Manager

Reena De Asis is a community connector, practicing overt methods of waging good in the world. Previously she was the Director of Marketing for Causecast, a cause-integration company, and the Director of Marketing and Corporate Relations for LA Works, Los Angeles' premier volunteer action center. She also contributed production, promotion and pre-event logistics for Omega Event's music festivals. She has initiated multiple volunteer programs and organized socially conscious campaigns and events. Her work has been published on the Women's Conference, the Huffington Post, CSRwire Talkback, Forbes and Maria Shriver's website. She is a recipient of the President's Volunteer Service and Women of Achievement Silver Medallion Awards. She graduated cum laude with a BA in Communications: Public Relations with a minor in Human Services. Reena is an advocate for empowering women, children and the underserved populations. LOHAS, live music and volunteering = music to her ears.
